Susan Bykofsky is the founder and president of Grant Writing Solutions, Inc., and a dedicated grant writer passionate about helping mission-driven organizations secure the funding they need to create lasting change. She specializes in crafting compelling proposals that align with organizational goals and funder priorities.
Priding herself on her ability to collaborate effectively with visionary leaders, detail-oriented partners, and creative thinkers to bring ambitious ideas to life. Whether it's translating a big-picture vision into actionable funding strategies or navigating the finer details of budgets and compliance, she approaches every project with precision and a commitment to excellence.
In her work, she has successfully secured funding for social services, educational initiatives, healthcare programs, and community development. Overall being driven by the belief that impactful storytelling, factual data, and strong partnerships are key to achieving results for your team!
Eren Santana-Bykofsky (They/Them/Theirs)
Eren Santana-Bykofsky is a queer, Mexican American, and trans diversity and inclusion advocate. They received their MA in Art Therapy Fall of 2022 with a focus on radicalism, queer theory, trauma focused, anticolonialism, and most approaches centering QTPOC/BIPOC social justice efforts. This led them to a career as a DEIA consultant, supporting projects that needed the development of inclusive language and spaces and helping brands evolve through their diversity efforts.
After completing their education, they moved to obtain real world experiences through educating both inside and outside of organizations. For the past 4 years, they've been helping organizations develop and evolve diversity and inclusivity strategy through research, roundtables, focus groups and community outreach.
